Ian Murray is the son of Christopher and Denise Murray. He is a member of the National Honor Society. He has been a member of the Boy Scouts of America for many years. He is currently a Life Scout and his is working to achieve the rank of Eagle Scout. Ian is active in his community and has volunteered for many local organizations and events, including Masonic Pathways, Community Café, and the First Presbyterian Church.

Ian has participated in varsity golf and basketball for the past two years. He was chosen as a team captain for the basketball team this past season. For the past three years Ian has volunteered as a coach and referee for the youth basketball organization in Alma.

Ian plans to attend the University of Michigan in the fall.
