Matt Loomis is the son of Butch and Jackie Loomis. This year Matt is the class Vice President, after serving as President his junior year. He is a member of the National Honor Society, National Vocational Technical Honor Society, and the FFA, where he serves as the Sentinel. Matt participated in basketball for 4 years, earning three Varsity letters and Honorable-Mention All-State honors this past year. He has also participated in baseball for four years, earning three Varsity letters. Matt is also very active in the youth basketball program where he coached his team to the 5th and 6th championship this past year.

Matt has been a counselor at 4-H camp for three years. This past year he was a student assistant for the Alma Girls’ Varsity Basketball Team. During football season Matt announced freshman and junior varsity football games. Matt also traveled to the Dominican Republic last year as a member of the United States Baseball Stars.

Matt hopes to attend Central Michigan University to pursue a career in communications.
